All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Synapticor is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Synapticor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly.
